ABOUT

It all started in 1927 when Russell Kerlin began selling Ford Model T cars in downtown Silver Lake, IN. This family owned and operated Ford dealership has grown into many complimentary businesses: Kerlin now has four buildings while continuing to serve Silver Lake, IN, which is just 11 miles south of Warsaw. The Kerlin Ford dealership, has earned more customer service excellence awards from Ford Motor Company than any other Ford dealer in the entire United States. Along with the full line of Ford products in Silver Lake is the Mahindra tractor and implement departments for sales and service of farm equipment. Grasshopper mowers, Ferris mowers and Bush Hog equipment are also available in Silver Lake along with CFMOTO ATVs and UTVs, both for sales and service.  Kerlin's trailer division includes Logan Coach, Titan West, Merhow, Bison, Lakota, Moritz, Delta, Sundowner and Stealth. Trailers are available for all hauling needs, including livestock, horse, cargo, car haulers, flatbeds, garage trailers, and more. Many of them are equipped with living quarters for mobile living and hauling.

In 2004 a Warsaw location was added, including a western store and serving as a second location for trailers and motorsports.  In 2018, in order to simplify the shopping experience for our customers, locations were consolidated back to Silver Lake, closing the western store and moving trailers and motorsports back home.   The consolidation makes it easier for our customers to enjoy one stop shopping.

Visit Kerlin's for superb customer service from a 96 year old family owned business where our main objective of the company has been since 1927, and will continue to be, to provide our customers with honest, friendly service and fair prices.  Kerlin's has always been known as "The Small Town dealer with a Friendly Way".

TED KERLIN - AN IMPACTFUL LEGACY

Over 75 years ago, Ted started official working for his dad, Russell Kerlin. Up until Saturday, 11/20/2021, he was still coming in 6 days a week doing what he loved with the people he loved. He leaves behind a legacy that has touched so many lives and we are all thankful to have known him. He will be greatly missed among Kerlin staff and customers.
